Schedule for Call of Duty League 2025 leaked

Leaks are a part of the world of international esports and one of the latest leaks was a big one for fans of Call of Duty, especially. That’s because the schedule for the Call of Duty League (CDL) 2025 was revealed recently. As far as we know at the moment, there will be four Majors next year plus the traditional CDL Championship. On top of that, it looks like locations for two Majors were leaked as well, with one of them taking place in Barcelona (Spain) and another in Toronto (Canada).

4 Call of Duty Majors in 2025
The biggest news to come out of the latest Call of Duty leak is that there will be a total of four Majors in the 2024-2025 season. We also know that each Major will be preceded by an online qualifying tournament and a Minor. We have placed the leaked information here below, but do keep in mind that this information has not yet been confirmed (or denied) by Activision, the game’s developer, or any other important partner.

Major 1

  • Online qualifier: December 6th, 2024, to February 2nd, 2025.
  • Minor: January 10th, 2025, to January 12th, 2025.
  • Major: February 6th, 2025, to February 9th, 2025.

Major 2

  • Online qualifier: February 21st, 2025, to March 16th, 2025.
  • Minor: February 28th, 2025, to March 2nd, 2025.
  • Major: March 20th, 2025, to March 23rd, 2025.

Major 3

  • Online qualifier: April 4th, 2025, to April 13th, 2025.
  • Minor: Still to be revealed.
  • Major: April 24th, 2025, to April 27th, 2025.

Major 4

  • Online qualifier: May 9th, 2025, to May 25th, 2025.
  • Minor: Still to be revealed.
  • Major: May 29th, 2025, to June 1st, 2025.

Call of Duty League 2025 Championship

As we wrote earlier, the most recent Call of Duty leak also contained information about next season’s Call of Duty Championship, often referred to as “CDL Champs” or simply “Champs”. This is one of the most anticipated events of every Call of Duty season, as it is the season’s final event and is considered the official Call of Duty World Championship. For the 2024-2025 season, the DCL Champs will take place in Toronto, Canada.

Besides the Canadian location for the COD League 2025 Championship, we also know that one of the Majors for the 2024-2025 will take place in Barcelona, Spain. At the moment, it looks like it will be the season’s first Major that will be organized in the Spanish city on the Mediterranean coast. Locations for the remaining Majors were not mentioned in the leak, though there are currently rumors about the cities of Dallas (Texas) and Chicago (Illinois), and Florida, which would mean that three out of four 2024-2025 Majors will take place in the United States.

Fortunately, we will soon know much more about all of the above, as an official schedule announcement is expected on Tuesday, November 12th. That will also provide more information about Call of Duty’s inclusion in the 2025 Esports World Cup.
